    Just a couple, lol

I should be intested to buy some too, depending on the price... Did you know what's the max deflection angle you can reach, especially on the Y axis?

I honestly don't know yet. The prototypes were a little stiff so I made the flex part thinner, seems better.
Don't forget these are not meant to replace mm1's. They are only for a couple of degrees of movement. They make the assumption that your beam path is is already pretty much where it is ment to be and these are just a stable fine tuning of that.

I still have to drill and tap the m3 screws (probably tomorrow) then off to the anodizer.

I can't make them black. I just can't. Every damn optical thing is black. It is either going to be red or blue (dark as they can make it)..

    Purple would be nice.

I'm using this kind of mount (brass though) in my new green 1W projector. It was made by Phritzler and it works really well.

Very nice mounts Chad, but is M3 fine enough pitch?

It should be(I hope so!). I could not find any similar size with a higher pitch without custom making them, English or metric.. Typical mm1 use 1/4-80 but there isn't room for those. These are m3 x .5.

If I don't think they will work I won't sell them and I guess I will have a lifetime supply of little mounts for myself.

Remember these are 11.44mm wide 24.24mm long 25mm tall.

    Or .45"w x .95"l x .998"t

These are meant to be stressed to where you need them then you can tighten the other screw to lock them in place, just a couple of degrees.

I like purple. The color of royalty!

Of course, but for example my lasers have some difference in beam height, and it will be great to have enough movement to correct this. A few degrees should work though.

And +1 for purple anodized, that's beautiful

Well They are done. I am trying to sort a little conflict with google sites and paypal buttons and I am ready to start shipping.

They ended up red. I had a batch of stuff to go to the anodizer so they went into the red batch.. I actually am really happy with the color. They are a nice dark red.

Nice project, only I have doubt about the alluminium being used.

All other manufacturers uses brass as material.
