its poo and you couldnt pay me to use it.

the output from ishow is poo and will make the scanners look poo.

bin it and buy a proper dac, fb3, moncha, fiesta, easylase etc.

i had 40k scanners and couldnt work out why they produced a poo output, got an fb3 and it blew my mind away.

    Come on Andy be fair.

The ishow DAC sat here on my desk is a very effective heat sink for hot cups of tea. It can cool an over hot brew to drinking temperature about 10% faster than a George Michael cd.

I wouldn't try playing any laser shows with it though.

Seriously though miguelgdelrey, Andy has summed it up in one word; poo.

Long story short, try to return it and get your money back to purchase something decent. I would use a soundcard DAC with one of the free softwares WAY before I would use IShow or their DAC as a tea cooler...

Actually, if you can get a soundcard DAC I have LDS 2007 basic that should work with it using the driver from drlava to make the soundcard look like an easylase that I can offer you if you are interested.

Yes, I would be interested. How can I work that out?

Also, as another option, where could I buy a FB3 and how much is it?

    Thanks for all your help!!!

You can buy an FB3 with software (for none commercial use) For $595.

Where to buy it from depends on where you live, but wherever that happens to be; the appropriate contact will be a member of this forum.
