Someone in belgium with a power meter (+1W)

Is there anyone on this forum that
1. lives in belgium and not too far from Wetteren
2. has (access to) a laser power meter for measuring a +- 100mw green dpss and a +- 1W green DPSS?

Thanks for the offer. I can not find anyone near me I could hold you up on the offer.
I'm also going to contact the optics labs at a university near me to see I they cannot help me.
