I've contacted him multiple times through this sites PM, facebook, and on AIM.

All to no reply still. Yet, he posts on this forum EVERYDAY. How are you going to let a scammer stay on these boards? Someone who refuses to communicate the truth instead of buttering you all up when I know what's really going on. He took my money, didn't do the service I paid him for, and kept the money.

His away message yesterday said, "I may be soon making $12,000 " He clearly makes money. IT TAKES A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME TO PAYPAL ME BACK MY MONEY! I should have paid him a visit on my trip to Cali. If he doesn't pay me, I'll redeem it some other way.

while i am in no way accusing you of *any* wrong doing, i am inclined to speak up here.

ben, definitely has had his share of issues. and supposedly, lately he has been trying to right alot of his wrongs. but i find it hard to belive that you are attempting communication as much as you say you are.

you left *me* hanging while i offered you my free help to rebuild your projector. i did not take too kindly to that. i put aside a good block of time and heard nothing from you until i called *you* back to see if you were coming to see me. i offered you, in essence, upwards of $1,000 in free labor to help you and you did not have the decency to return a phone call.

i understand shit happens sometimes. and you probably had a fine excuse. but if someone was offering ME that type of help for free after supposedly being ripped off by someone else, i would at the very least had the respect of a phone call.

i would suggest you and ben sort this out in private. if he doesnt respond to you, then call him. if he doesnt answer your calls, send him a certified letter. if he doesnt respond to a letter, then sue him. if he doesnt have any assets to sue in small claims, then go to his house and have a little chat with him.

but i am (and most likely everyone else here) quite sick and tired of seeing this thread pop up. i understand your upset. but i have a very strong feeling there is much more to this story than what is being told here. and i really dont feel like reading about it from EITHER of you anymore.

That is not true... I told you to send me a message with your paypal info and I would wort it out. You NEVER sent me a PM with that information, you NEVER sent me an email, you NEVER called me.

You claim you keep sending me messages, where are they? Why don't you send me a PM with your information and I will refund it, I have no issue with a refund, I need your information to do it though...

Yeah...and that was the first response from alllll of the times I've messaged you. Maybe you finally just got fed up with having me say "refund yet?" every day. Not ONCE did you ask me for my paypal, or have anything to say about a refund. That was the first time you've talked to me since the last PM you sent a long time ago.

$81.74 was paid.

I'm filing for BBB and PP complaint still.

81.74 is NOT the amount I should have been paid back.
