Default Should Laser Ben be allowed to continue as a member of this Forum?

It's in the title really - Just a whole load of dodgy deals and rip off of other honest forum members not only on this forum but on other forums as well.

Should he be allowed to carry on as he is or should he be removed?

I have bought stuff from laserben without any problems.

Because he didn't ship you a frame (which probably never will be used) and a way too heavy heat sink to ship is not a reason to ban Laserben.

Laserben always got nice stuff and big knowledge which is very useful for the community.

So I voted No ban for Laserben

    Hello!
I bought a laserpowermeter from him, and got it fast shipped.
The only thing was that it wasnīt packed good (only in newspaper balls - no extra foil, no extra close sticker for laserinput at sensor , etc.) in a too big carton, but it was still ok and works good.
I donīt know what to say becouse of ripped of members, -
But if you delete a member on a board becouse of that it isnīt ok !! Pointly everytime you can choice if you want to deal with him or not, that has nothing to do with the forum. Also he will sell and buy laserparts in future (also on forum members) if he is deleted - so I donīt see any reason to ban him.

In my opinion, all we really should be banning is the drama...

I don't care what happens, but in all honesty I would just not have dealt with Ben, especially after already having a bad experience with him ...

We already have a Seller Review section on the forum. If members want to research a sellers good or bad traits, that information is contained there. My advice is to look-up
the person your dealing with and make your own decision weather to do business with them or not. I think LaserBen should stay.

I dont think LB is a out and out fraudster , i reckon hes jut an incredibly busy guy who lies and bends the truth rather than just accept his failings but for me thats enough to get rid

In the beginning there was none. Then came the light - #1 UKLEM - 2007

    Ban him!

I received a different laser from what he advertised and it was death on arrival. I ended with an expensive paperweight.

I'm not really sure what to think about Ben, he seems a bit like Chris ( Heruururururrrr .....) sometimes you'll get a great deal, other times the deal won't go as smooth as would be liked.

If he simply admitted that he was in the wrong some of the time then I think there would be less complains!

This crap seems to be taking over PL, one forum at a time!

Can we perhaps merge all the threads Admin? This would make me happy!
