I second the idea for an invert switch on the X-axis - great for running opposing projectors, AND for quickly switching back and forth between projecting from behind the audience, to projecting toward the audience, while keeping the graphics orientation intact.

A simple DPDT toggle switch on the X-axis works just fine for this, and it's easy to incorporate into the projector - plus, it's a whole lot easier to flip a switch, than to open up the projector & swap jumpers on the scanner amps every time you need to swap X-axis movement!

If your scanners are single ended you'll need to go the op-amp route. I had to do the exact same thing and it's all documented here..

How do folks doing the ILDA daisy chain thing handle the interlock loop?

I could see the potential for expensive problems if different heads wire this differently, and while I can see a way for each head to add a relay contact feeding the next head, it does imply that there is a little more to it then just wiring the connectors in parallel.

    Regards, Dan.
