    Default fb-3 start up

    hey yall

    when i shut down my laptop and restart i get message "laser offline"

    then after i do something it works but not sure what im doing or not doing in the first place! any help?

    Kind of hard to help you here, since you don't know what you do to get it working again. DO you just unplug, then reconnect the USB cable? SHould do the trick ...

    yea i fill the same way
    i have put this on 4 computers and the same thing happens "lasers offline" then i remove hardware, software re install some times it works some times not some times it reads two fb -3 on and on

    Hey RGB -

    Drop the Pangolin guys a message using the online "contact" form on their web page. Be as descriptive as possible concerning your operating system, FB3 software and drivers versions, detailed problem description, etc.

    You might be having some sort of driver-related issues the Pangolin guys might be able to sort out for you. They're usually pretty quick to repond when you use their website.

    yes i sent a email and called after more tries this is where i am

    if i shut down windows
    i must re start windows open fb3 se i get the laser offline
    if i
    (1)power off the fb3
    (2)unplug usb
    (3)power fb-3
    (4) plug the usb in it works
    this seems to be the only way
    i tried to just power off fb3 no
    tried usb no
    i must do both not so bad with laptop but with desktop hard to reach i have tried on two systems same results

    sounds like an enumeration issue with your USB.

    as stuka said working it out with pango we think hardware so i may be the only one with this problem in the world. maybe i can charge for my redesign but pango is on top of it

    Unhappy trashed it

    well i was about to send it to pango i have been using it just hooking it up each time. and has worked great i had it in a bag with packing material, my father in law came to help take off the trash from the holiday and yes the dumpster got it. so i called santa and changed my request she said maybe i have been looking at the new software i am so sad. for safety do not put you pango in a bag
