As a potential customer i have a couple of questions before i purchase from a complete stranger .... its all about knowing that the person you are buying from are "Honest and Trustworthy" its also important for this comunity as we know most of the hardware dealers / resellers here, and have a good relationship with them

On your web site you make some pretty bold claims ... so i hope you can explain them for us

My first question is the CE certification,

1, have you personaly had the projectors CE certified or just relying on your chinise supplier to do this ? because 99% of chinese projectors are not CE certified but have the CE mark on them ( which when you push them for the CE documentation .... they tell you stands for "Chinese Engineering" or its just the PSU frame is CE certified

also do you have copies of the CE certificates with reference numbers your customers can check ?

2, this question is the same for IEC and FDA aproval ?

3, you state that you are a member of ILDA and also show the logo on the webpage, and as a member myself i cannot find you listed as a member ... are you actually a member ?

if you are connected to NFI then i think that you should make it clear to your customers on your web page that NFI are the ILDA members


i hope you dont mind me asking these questions ... and hope you will provde acceptable answers, as it is important for me and Photonlexicon members to know that you are a trustworthy dealer

Mister Traximus had QM2000 intro cards and .NET cards for unbelievable prices on his website, a friend of mine ordered some and transfered money and received an e-mail that it was impossible to sell the goods for that money, that my friend should have known that and he would transfer the money back but didn't want to pay the banking costs.

with all that has gone on recently here with trades .... i just wanted to make a point about being totaly honest and trustworthy .... and also i think we all know now who we can trust to buy from and who we cant

its easy for a noobie to see that advert and think " i will buy a fully aproved and certified laser from this ILDA member" .... and not get what they expect... he even has a link to this forum on his website ...

we have so many respected dealers and sellers here

and as Jeroen said .... he has not been able to fulfill some of these deals

which inturn does not just make traximus look bad ... but also gives negative vibes about pangolin as he states he is the dealer
Dealers stick to there own country and dont try and cross sell or undercut im sure that most pangolin dealers will be able to offer some discount anyway ... but would not advertise it on a global scale

i dont know what Bills views are on this ... but it does seem strange that this guy can beat Pangolins standard pricing ....
