I would like to do it privately, to avoid more drama here. If you are happy, or unhappy, please tell me why, and what I can do to make the deal right for you.

I don't want this to be confrontational, I am trying to figure out what problems buyers have, and what I can do to resolve them. If you think I did something good, please let me know. If there is something I can change or improve, let me know.

I have received the FieldmaxII I ordered from Ben very fast without any issues.

The thing you need to improve is packaging, the meter was wrappen in a old newspaper causing the meter to be covered in ink from the paper.

the stuff you are selling most of the time got a big value so proper packaging in needed.

I bought a 532 module and TEC from Ben awhile back. It arrived in a timely manor without any problems or issues.

I PM'd Ben after he started this thread with some constructive criticism on dealing with others. I feel like it was very well received.

I'm sure Ben has the best intentions with all of his trades. He just has to appreciate how much bad feeling can be generated when seemingly small things go wrong or when they aren't sympathetically handled when they do.

I would have loved to have had a Coherent power meter off him but simply didn't feel able to trade with him due to a lack of trust stemming from other users experiences and especially the trade with Bridge.

Hopefully now, everything can be put right by PM.

Ben contacted me in private and he apologized if I was not satisfied with the deal and offered his help to fix it or make it better.

He made a sincere attempt to fix it, and I’m happy with that.

What trade was this? The only trade I did with bridge went flawlessly, he got his power meter, and I got my laser, no issues on either end.
