    Default for sale, Big Argons.

Ok, posted for my employer. Two HGM Model 20 Argons, one a 20 and one is a 20S.

1500$ Each or a better deal for the pair.

Both are still rigged as medical, with fibers, so I can't run them up to full power.

I got 8.6 watts from the one I pulled out and fired up and the other is supposed to be doing 14 or so. from what I saw, the brewsters need cleaning.

That 8.6 was limited more by the phase converter here then anything else. The E11 psus in these can be rewired for single phase operation at reduced powers, but that is up to the customer.

I can deliver on a weekend in the Ohio, PA, KY , IL, IN, MI, Ontario, Areas.
These can possibly go to Fl or other points south on a biweekly company truck from time to time. Our company actually has a shipping department and we can get these to you intact with low shipping costs.

DeMeding these is easy enough, remove the medical controller, jumper two pins, hook up the flow switch direct to the interlock, and the high limit pot now becomes your current control. Adding a LEM sensor and a opamp and a few other parts gives your proper current control. Light control is also possible.

If I get a serious offer, I will pull the fiber heads and get better numbers.

These have switchers, and there are only 5 wires to the head if you wish to split them up.

They are stored in my "office" on the medical carts and I need the space.

Also have two Coherent Compass in good order, one doing 40 mw and the other doing 80, and 4 more in "fixer upper" status, as well as a lot of Compass boards and some pump diodes/

    Cool

I thought the compass line were all single-mode lasers... (Long coherence length) Wouldn't that make them rather pricey, even for one that's only making 40 mw?

Yikes - just had 5 back-to-back Holycrap:500'd errors in a row! Ended up with a double-post, thus this edit.

Edit: And then 4 more while editing! Server is obviously having a bad day today...

Yes, these are tem00, slm, ring lasers with a very long coherence length

Will get pics for you who want to see a American Yag Laser.
