Total Newbie needs direction!

Help!!
Have just taken delivery of RGB 475 laser and Moncha software.

Having a few issues and found this site so helpful and thought someone might be able to help!!

1. I can't install the USB driver!! I've tried on 2 different computers, one running Vista basic and the other running vista pro. i've got the disc and it won't install. says to contact manufacturer!
2. In the laser displays forum there are links to shows. Can I use these?? if so how do I get them working. Do I need other software or programmes???

I know this sounds totally novice... Thats because I am!!

I have had the same trouble. but they told me to make sure that the driver file has to be within the same directory as the program. some times you have to copy and past it there from the master disk. Hope this helps I am new at this stuff also but having fun through the trials. Enjoy. John
