    Default High Power IR diodes

    Hey Everyone!

I have some diodes for sale, I need the money, and the diodes are not all that useful to me now. I've got 10 40W CCP package diode arrays. These are 40W @ ~47A each, all are brand new. I am asking $200 each, plus shipping

Note the shorting screw still installed.

Next I have a 30W 808nm FAC diode, this is an exact replacement for a Melles unit, same model number. Brand new! $300 plus shipping.

Third, I have a 3W SDL 809nm diode in a HHL package, this has a internal TEC to cool the diode. Additionally, this diode is both FAC corrected and has a focusing lens which puts a focus point ~1.5" from the diode. This makes it ideal for pumping small DPSS systems. $150

I'll put up some pictures of this guy later.

Finally, I have 12 Spectra Physics FCBar diode arrays. These are fiber coupled diodes which are terminated with a FC connector. They have a 3 meter shielded fiber, and are actively static protected. They require 24V to open the relay on the top of the diode, this ensures that whenever the diode is disconnected, it is shorted and thus safe from static. These diodes are good for ~12-15W out of the fiber end depending on how hard you drive them. The output is a very tight 14 degree cone. These have between 0 and 5000 hours. If you need one for DPSS, I will choose an appropriate one. They have between 0 and 5000 hours. These are direct replacements for Spectra Physics Millennia or MG-532 systems. $250

Shipping on everything but the Spectra units is $5 to the US and $20 international. The Spectra Physics diodes are $10 to the US and $35 international.

Paypal only, these are non-returnable because of the static issues. All are tested before shipping.

hi Ben, that's a lot of diodes. Do you have the serial numbers and wavelength data sheet for the 40 Watters?

I have a datasheet for one of the diodes, and they are all the same model number. I can send you the one with the data sheet if you would like

the center wavelengths tend to very slightly from diode to diode, what is the center wavelength for the one with the sheet?

may be interrested by a Spectra Physics FCBar diode arrays with fiber.
If you assume me that it's ok to build a green dpss..
Can you tell me what kind of psu is needed ?

The FCBar diodes are actually some of the best ones for building a DPSS laser. They have a very small numerical aperture, and are amazingly efficient. They take up to 30A and product a great output profile. If you are building a DPSS system out of them, I can send you a unit which has a narrow emission spectrum and is close to 809nm.

Additionally, I have several Spectra Physics T-40 units which would be ideal for driving these diodes, they include the cooler for the diode including the power supply and RS232 control.

    I'll send you a PM.
