CT Lasers: million % positive!

A great guy and a superb service.
Yes, my dear Lords…He is really a great guy and a Gentleman also.

I’m talking about Marc *gottaluvlasers* from CT Lasers.

Some weeks ago he offered for sale, here on PL, a very nice “second-hand-in practice new” 1.2W Laser-Wave green unit. It was coming from a projector self-built from a customer. We booth agreed a good price so I bought it.

When postman rang at my door I was wondered seeing dimensions of package! Yuk! It was 60x60x60cm and 15 kilos weight!!!! I thought there surelly was a mistake…

I opened the big box and…you guess what inside I found…
The projector! Marc send me the whole projector: laser head, DT40 galvos, fans, DB25 connectors and…Pango FB3-SE!!!!
After passed first moment of surprise, I immediately tested the green laser.
Gosh! Laser had just a little flash, then anyting more.
I checked everything without any success. No any ray came out from the 1.2W green head.

Then I recordered a short movie about the trouble I had and I sent it to Marc, then I also called him by phone and I tried to explain him what the defect was.
I’m Italian and my english isn’t so good… so we decided to communicate by e-mail for best understanding each other .

Just the time to take a coffee (Italian espresso, of course...) and a new e-mail from Marc was on my screen!

That's unbelievable!!!
Marc had already sent me, by Fedex curier, a BRAND NEW 1.2W green laser unit!!! At the end of email he added this words: “When you receive the new one, please send me back the defective unit”.

Now... Just after 3 days the new green unit was into my hands.
It is working great. I posted a thread about it ("my new green baby")

Allright...
What the whole story wants to means for?
1) When you paid for a laser unit only and the Seller, instead, ship to you a COMPLETE projector, this Seller is a GREAT person and an HUGE friend.
2) When a Seller send immediately to you a brand new unit not even waiting that you return back him the defective unit…. this Seller is a SERIOUS , a LOYAL person and a REAL Gentleman.


Marc *gottaluvlasers” is all of that: a great Guy and a Gentleman, without any doubt. A wonderful person to deal with.

That's why I buy from Marc. The first time I bought from Marc, I bought a laser safty sign. He refunded some of my money because I was a PL member. Did not ask for any discount. Because of that it turned into much bigger sales.

He treats everyone the same no matter if it's a $10.00 sale or a $10,000 sale.

Marc treated me great for the item I bought (405nm dichro from the Group Buy). My only problem with him is that I need to give him more money! For some reason I need a mount for the dichro soon. No Problems now, Marc hooked me up, I shouldn't even tease!
