FS: Dell Laptop

I am selling this laptop. Its a Dell Inspiron 6000.

pretty much perfect condition. on the right hand side on lid and side on the edge is a little "yellowish mark" from a match i dropped lighting a candle. but they are very samll and probably can be cleaned off. i dont know.

this was one of my laser laptops.

1.6Ghz Intel Centrino
XP Pro (will give a fresh format install on delivery)
512mb ram
80 gb HD
DVD r/rw
ati radeon X300 display
intel wireless b/g built in

i will include:

Microsoft office
DVD/CD recording software
any other software that i may have that you may need/want.

this just started to have the battery light blink. although it still works fine on battery. i suppose it means that it may be on the way out!?!? i dont know.

i have tested it the past few days and it runs on fully charged batteries with wireless on and virus scans running in the background (to load the system down) for about 50 minutes. without scans running, it goes to about 1hr 30 minutes.

its a pretty decent laptop. i just dont need it anymore.

A set of 2GB memory is $50 from dell so you could probably find it for $20 with a bit of searching. So don't let the memory keep you from it!

I have almost that Exact same laptop except mine is the E1505 but their basically the same anyway was going to say I believe I still have a 256 module you could fit in there bringing the ram up to 3/4 Gig lol then you're moving : ) Would just charge shipping how ever you would like : )

Ya know, the sad part is I bought one of these fully decked out about 2-3 years ago from Dell (the exact same one) for ~$2,000! Needless to say, that computer is very fast and will run just about anything.

Mine is just running as a small server and voip host right now... I also use it at LEMs as a remote desktop client to my projector (which has the computer built in).

yeah, shes a good computer. i just really have no use for it. if no one buys it, i might just keep it as a back up for shows.
