Does anyone have any experience working with Electric Rain Swift 3D?
It seems to have a large variety of export formats and some neat vector rendering options...
Zoof I've been playing with Swift 3d for some time before I got myself Illustrate!. I've been playing a lot with different ways to transfer stuff to ILDA. Swift is good for Flash cartoons but useless for any true vector stuff. 3DS Max+Illustrate!+SOS combo. Is only good alternative to products like Max Convert and Protize MAX. For illustrations there is SVG-ILDA converter.
Best Tracer is TraceIT. We don't really have much. Utopia is good but price is too much.
I hired an Italian guy to do my wires. Now they look like spaghetti!
Did we ever get audio for this? A count down by HAL would be cool. I cant seem to find one online.
It's not a New Years countdown, but I took the different 2001 graphics Drlava has shared with us and combined them into a quick show opener.
It's posted on the FTP server under LD2000 shows - "2001 Intro".
Thanks for making and sharing the graphics, Andrew!!

Sweet.....
Gawd bless ya Stukey me ole china !!
Nice to get some new frames for the new year.
I tried to load this file into normīs "laser show" software but no go, it sez "loading ild file" but just keep posting error messages.
It is a fairly large frame set - maybe Norm's software has a file size limit?
Andrew, I have to say I'm very impressed with this animation. Props to you for putting it out for the community to use for free. Well done!
Adam
Cool, thanks Randy. And Adam
Exp, last I heard, Norm's soft didn't handle the latest ilda versions but someone on this board was working on it, perhaps you can request an update
It worked just fine in spaghetti so yea NLS probably have a file size limit. Great animation none the less.
