Mamba Black or Mamba 2.o Buying

Hi Just thought I would give you a heads up on This unique Problem.
Hello. Has anyone had a problem with Medialas and Mamba Black? Not with the software but with there shows. In Oct I asked what was included with the software and was told 30+ shows from Medialas. OK that was a turn on so I bought it later that month. About 3 weeks ago. After I got I the software, there was some of the shows missing. I found out I needed to upgrade to the newer version. I had 1.96 I just bought it.
I contacted Medialas and told them I did not get the shows, they had said I would get (They gave me a list of shows in early Oct 30+). I got the upgrade but was told I need to pay $50eur for the CD which has the shows and Mamba 2.0.
So now the Mamba Black was bought, Plus another $75. Extra for the shows.
I did buy a license Version just 3 weeks ago. But not what was advertised. Not Mamba 2.0 as stated by them.
Then I was told, I did buy a discontinued version and have to pay extra? WOW. I am confused?
Has anyone bought a Mamba Black software recently and thought they would get Mamba 2.0 and had this problem ? Looking for the missing shows. I seem to be getting nowhere with them and keep explaining I did not get what I ordered. There response is I have to pay $50eur to get new CD.
When you order Mamba I guess you have to ask what version you are buying because they are selling 2 versions out there.

what there to get confused about ? they sell two seperate programs
mamba black and mamba 2.0, mamba black has not been discontinued
they just decided to upgrade to 2.0 as it stands mamba black has 20 shows mamba 2.0 has 30 shows everything is as clear as day if you care to look at there website

I think i know where the problem ist.
You wrote "2.0 Mamba Black" - That´s not the right name.
"Mamba Black" and "Mamba 2.0" are two different software types!
"Mamba Black" is the older version . This soware are discontinued - We
only get out bug related updates to our costumers.
"Mamba 2.0" is the newest one. This version get all the new features we
develop.

i think you had a language barrier thing with the germans
mamba black is not discontinued they are not doing any more updates or development for it (as it works fine) but they will be adding more features and fixing bugs in mamba 2.0 .
if you read my post again i had forgot to put in a comma to seperate what i was writing and that made you think i wrote 2.0 mamba black
i have also brought mamba black today to use with my easylase

You might be right, there english is not that great and I did want the 30+ shows. I did order the upgrade CD Because the older software all ready hung up. and I to have the easylase USB unit also. Nice stuff. Thanks for the post back. Have a Great day John
