I am a Pangolin dealer here in the states. However, you would honestly get a better deal if you go through Pangolin directly for thie FB3. the dealers pay the same price for an FB3 system as you would.

So I take it the FB3 can do what I need it to do. Namely to start an effect at a given time when I send it a DMX channel a given value?

i have never prodded that far into the software for that type of a feature. however, if your software sends out standard DMX signals, then i see no reason why it couldnt trigger DMX effects through this FB3. you will need the DMX daughterboard for the FB3 though.

Some other avid FB3 users will prob chime in here to give you a better answer than me. I have never controlled a laser via DMX. im always ILDA.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but with the FB3 and DMX daughter board you can still do ILDA control as well. The only thing lacking would be an ILDA cable.

The LiveQuick bundle comes with the FB3 so you would be able to see the difference between ILDA and DMX control.

I have never used DMX with the FB3, but I did use it with my china laser. HUGE difference between DMX and ILDA.

In the mean time something to do is to physically mount/align laser to mirror.

Were can I buy an aluminum mounts for this?

Sorry to admit I am totally lost. I followed the links provided but I guess i don't even know what I need.
I have a laser/PS unit like this one



And a galvo controller unit like this one



I am thinking I need a single aluminum plate to mount both these puppies on. I know i will need to move (adjust) the position between them. I need to know what I need to do this please.

Yes, you will need a solid aluminium plate to mount all the components on to.
