Of course I a, serious; if it is not varianced for use in the United States, members here should know that as it is illegal to import an unvarianced projector into the US.

i thought it was legal to import them, as long as the product is then modified into a varianced projector with the right safety equipment before use.

It is legal to import components without a variance. The photos above are of a finished product, which is not legal to import or exhibit unless a variance is applied for and granted by the CDRH.
