    Default A bit damp in Cumbria yesterday

    12" rain in 24 hours (that's 9 months worth for southern UK)

    Then again if it didn't rain so much there most of the time; it wouldn't be called the Lake District, it would be called the Hole District.

    Nice.
    I was in Cockermouth in the Summer and it was nice to see some of the streets on the news.
    A bit more soggy than I remember it though.

    I was in Keswick lasy month. The River Derwent was all rather serene and tranquil. Bloody glad im not there now.

    I do feel for those people who live there and what they must be going through.
