I have to correct my figure; I had to go to scene two at 00:00:14:50... There are 427 events and I wanted to copy and paste enough to go over 600. I have 8 horizontal lines to represen piano keys and when the song hits a key I make that "key" pan down and fade out then fade in as it pans back up. Now that I am looking at it more closely, scene two has 531 events, and I have made 3 copies of scene two and have 4 scenes for the first 00:01:09:xx... and this is a slim version where I am just setting things up; basiclly set up a beat to one of the reptitous beats and pasted it out over the time so far. I can't have over a minute of just piano keys... I will go back and change things but it is looking to be a bit complicated. Ths is for one projector at the moment. Might have to rethink my scene set up.

I think Peter Heyt's "Again" show has 16 scenes...

Though truthfully it doesn't need them, as it's not nearly as filled with cues as your show. Still, there's nothing wrong with having many scenes if it makes it easier for you to program the show...

QS is not LD2000 so there should be another thread for that.

I found yesterday that when saving a full show to .ild, in Showtime, output method (when outputting to ILDA file), I needed to use frame based 20 FPS in stead of the default refresh based to get the resulting .ild file synch to the music when trying to re-run the show as .ild in Showtime, Mamba, and Spaghetti.

Thumbs up Using Batch Files for different projectors

Hey Stuka, thanks for your tips.

I also use your idea of the Batch Files for change size and palette for different PJs.

    Cheers,
    Ed

    Question

    Hey Guys,
I have a need to load some different sets of shows in Autoplay and recalled a thread about Batch files here on PL.
I'm a bit surprised that it's nearly 5 years ago though.

Anyhoo, I suspect things have changed a little since Stuka started this thread as the wonderful Batch files he proposed don't seem to do the job anymore.
Perhaps that's a little unfair as what I mean to say is that it appears Autoplay doesn't write to the LDauto2k.ini file in the Windows directory (on Windows 7).

I have created a list for Graphics shows and then ran the batch file to save it.
After creating a new list of shows for Beams and saving that, it appears that the ini file remains unchanged but somehow, somewhere, when I load up Autoplay it remembers the last setting.
    Spooky stuff.
I'm assuming that the settings are saved elsewhere (other than in the Windows/LDauto2k.ini file) but I've had a shuftie and can't seem to locate where it's saved to.

    Any ideas Chums?
