    I'm pretty sure members of LPF have already breached 500mW.

    They have, with 250mW pulsed rated diodes, these are rated for 500mW.

    I'm ready for them i wouldnt mind buying two and a pbs for a watt of 405 (give or take 50mW)

    mmm, pbs and knife edge and get yourself 2w of 405... would be pretty nice, i really love how the violet mixes in
