Default High reflectivity mirrors for red

    Hi guys

I have bought a lot of mirrors that proved to be RED reflective at over 90% reflectance if I'm not wrong

I wanted you to tell me what you think about them and how much they might be worth...
They are dielectric and perhaps dichroïc as I can tell by their tint...
Maybe they pass blue but my last bluray died just before tests

    Here are pictures:

    90%...

if you use mirrors taken from sleds containing red diodes you get close to 95%

hmm sorry I miswrote my idea

I was meaning more than 90%-ish, like nearly 100% of the beam is reflected and nothing at all is seen at the mirror's back

I'd say more than a sled mirror, because they always have a small transmission you may seen behind... these have like no transmission except a very tiny glow

do you think they are worth something? I'm asking here before I put them on ebay, so people can grab some pretty cheap

EDIT: had a quick test with a bluray I managed to revive... they seem to pass bluray and reflect something like 5~10%, so they are kinda dicroic mirrors

I'll make some pictures for you to have a better view, the camera's batteries are down and I hate taking pics with my phone (quality sucks and no ability to maco)

I only have 405nm, 650nm, 642nm if I dare soldering my opnext diodes (I fear I still don't have the correct antistatic gear), maybe 632.5nm if someone is able to help me find pinouts for my smallHeNe power supply

My only ability to measure power is a small TEC based thermal head, but I have problems with the design I'm using... I need to make a better amp for it

hi gogu! I could ship you a pair of mirrors to test, that would be great!

you can send me a PM with your adress so I can ship them to you (silly me I can't read some of the numbers on the adress you wrote on the last thing you sent me)
