Just wondering, how much pump power is used in IR for this 4W to come out ?

Based on the current being drawn, I'd guess it's a 10W pump source, but 4W+ of green out for 10W in is incredibly efficient. Not too surprising these days, though, with crystal quality being constantly improved.

Well, threshold for green is around 1.26A according to the power supply, assuming there is lasing before that, let's assume a 1.1A threshold with a 1W/A slope efficiency. That means that it will make around 9W at 10A (assuming the current is correct). That means there is a 44.5% efficency pump to green. This is very high, I am guessing the current is either scaled or not correct. I will check for IR as I have not done that yet. Perhaps there are more then 1 diode and they are run in series.

Very nice review Ben! I also noticed the class IIIb sticker, that should be changed but is no big deal with the overall quality of the rest of the unit. Looks like a great module!
