Yeah, well ...at least shipping would have to be paid. Unfortunatelly due to 2% of its price insurance and weight it will definitely cheaper if Andy takes holiday in Czech Republic or Slovakia and do the testing over there... You could probably afford whole month of testing lasers, beer, food and ..ehm... you remember when I mentioned that permanent installation in the most luxury leisure club in Prague, full of beautifull naked ladies...where I still have exclusive access to?
