803 is in the sled, aw21 is without sled.
hi any chance you could let me know which bits of the optics are used to colour mix
    pics would be cool
    thanks

    ok diodes/boxes -

aw21 come as diodes in bubble wrap

t803 come in white boxes with a blue dot in the corner

815 come in plane white boxes

ggw come in plane white boxes but they are bigger than the rest of the boxes.

the aw21, t803 and 815 come with the red/405 diode and an IR diode. there is also a coated mirror in each sled.

i dont have pics of all the sleds but will try get some up. there are tricks to getting each mirror out without breaking them.

as for wiring, its a diode you cant blow it by putting the + and - on the wrong way round.

    815 sled

circled in red is the red diode.

if you undo the screw circled in blue and take the metal top off you will reveal the insides.

circled in red is the mirror

you can take this mirror out by placing something under it as shown in red. i tent to use something none metal like plastic so it does not break the mirror.

this is a pin out for all 405nm diodes

Theres also a dichro in the GGW sled that will pass red/green and reflect blue (violet)

I'm sure Rob Stanwax pointed out to me that in the 815 there is a small defraction grating as well some where.

I'm not sure if it was one of the 815's you past on to Rob at the last meet or another sled but he did show me and told me to keep an eye open for them.
