Hmmm...
Sorry, can't say as I like this sort of humour
. Poking fun at peoples physical appearance is a cheap laugh. These people can't help how they look (well, maybe she could shed a few pounds, but hey, who knows, she may have a serious medical condition that makes her that way).
They obviously love each other and I have no doubt their parents love them. Also, who knows how many friends they have who love them as well.
They may be extremely nice people with brilliant personalities. Maybe they are both top scientists who are on the verge of a cure for cancer or some other debilitating disease. Perhaps they dedicate their lives to helping others less fortunate than themselves. They are human beings with feelings, surely we should try to respect that. When you're laying on a hospital bed needing that life saving operation you'd be glad of his/her skills as a top cardiac surgeon. Would you turn down the operation because the surgeon didn't fit your definition of a good looking individual?
How would you feel if you came across your photograph on the internet with comments like those posted here. If they are insecure people who have grown up with people who taunt them and judge them on their looks those comments may just be enough to push them over the edge. How would you feel if you read in the newspaper that the lady in the photo's had taken an overdose and killed herself due to comments you had posted on a forum that had absolutely nothing to do with her.
Maybe i'm a little more sensitive than usual as i'm still not feeling 100%, it's also 2:53 in the morning and i'm suffering from insomnia. But hey, let's try to live and let live and have a little respect for our fellow human beings.

Khalil Gibran, (1883 - 1931)
Beauty is not in the face; beauty is a light in the heart.
What has a man's face to do with his character? Can a man of good character help having a disagreeable face?

There is another that states that this has already happened.”... Douglas Adams 1952 - 2001
