    Default US GB for LOC and 405nm diodes NOW CLOSED

    I will begin with these.....I will ship them out as USPS Priority mail from me at exact costs.
    This is to take place in conjunction with the UKGB with thanks to andy con for putting this together.

    This is the information from Andy con's UK posting. Only shipping charges will be added to these prices.


    SF-AW210 Blu-ray diode USD25 each
    not 100% sure of this diodes power due to recent issues with them but somewhere around 150mw.


    GGW-20L: USD45 each
    never tested one of these but everyone says 200-250mw each

    PHR-803T: USD5.5 each
    max power of 100mw

    LPC815: USD5
    comes as a full sled, so you get a coated mirror for the diode. this is an open can red diode which is good for 250mw in a heat sink.


    I will try and get a list of everything this weekend and make the posting of who wants what....

    Are you only getting GGWs, or can you also get PHR-803Ts?

    Not sure on the GGW's as I have never used them, but I have a LPC diode running at 420ma happily. Not sure on power but according to drlava's graph it should be at least 300mW

    No, 200-225 max, 250 if you want to push it. The die in a different package (ml101j27) is rated for 150CW, I have not seen official ratings for the LDOC package.

    i also want to add that all 405 diodes coem as diodes only and not in sleds.

    only the reds come in sleds

    Put me down for (6) PHR-803T

    anyone know where to get any BDR-203 diodes. I can find the drive for around $150 but of course cheaper is better
