Default Fs: Laserman532 High End Dual Beam Combiner Kit!

For Sale Laserman532 High End Dual Beam Combiner Kit

Beam Height Above Surface = 1"

    Features Explained-
    1 - One ea. 2.75" x 2.75" x .25" Black Anodized Base / Mounting Plate
2 - Two ea. Single Aixiz Mounting Module's featuring CLAMP STYLE, SLIDE, ROTATE & INSULATE Technology
3 - One ea. Ultra Small Adjustable Mirror Mount by Chad
4- One ea. 10mm PBS Cube (specify 405 or 660 lasers to be used) (not shown)

6- All necessary hardware to mount all the parts will be included
7- NO Aixiz Modules, Laser Diodes or Lasorb's will be supplied with this kit

I have made a order of parts to build a few assemblies. I am not shooting for a galactic record for the smallest DUAL Combiner, that was not my goal. My goal was to supply all the necessary mechanics needed to hold aixiz modules securely, rotate each module independently, electrically isolate each aixiz module from each other, slide the module pairs with ease and to provide FULL TWEAKABILITY...I think I accomplished these goals with this kit.

    Complete Kit Price - $135.00
The introductory price of $135.00 is no longer offered. The complete kit is now $175.00.

    (international shipping add $10.00)

Kits will be processed in order received.

    Thanks for looking!

Very nice! Only thing I'd suggest is flipping the FlexMod 180deg. so the pots are easily obtainable.

thank you adam, i thought of that too. My reason for this orientation was wires could come off the component side of the PCB and go direct to the diodes. But they could probably just as easy come off the bottom. I will poke another hole so that someone can do as you explained. It makes sense to me.

AS ALWAYS!!!! I am open to any suggestions that ANYONE might have - with exception to making it smaller. It was designed this size for ease of working on it. Once you buy it, you can chop off the mounting holes if you want and save .5" per side, which would make it 2.25" square and NO way to mount it to a TEC or a Baseplate.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

A point was brought up by another forum member. Hey what if I already have a flexmod and I just bought a crapload of flexmounts from CHAD?

About the best deal I can make on these components are:

    2 - aixiz module Single Module Holders - $50.00
1 - machined base plate with all hardware - $25.00

    you supply everything else.

    $75.00 TOTAL

For those who want just the aixiz holders and you want to do your own base plate you can get those parts here - http://www.microlaserlabs.com/index....91adkc8g7iqqk0
