    Default Dj related

    curious if anyone wanted to share any dj related .ild's

    record spinning, headphones, mixer etc.

    Here are some That I have made..
    They are stills
    I did this by opening a .eps in Adobe Illustrator then saving as .gif then opening in Vextractor 3.9 then convert to vector and save as .dxf
    Then open in ild sos and convert the .dxf to .ild

    some come out ok, and some come out like total crap.. There must be a better way any help would be appreciated

    Manual tracing can give much better results with complex images. see here for my description

    most of the problems in your frames above come from using vextractor instead of tracing.
    Even the inkscape auto-tracer would produce much better results than what we see from vextractor.

    I open a bmp in Inkscape and trace it with the auto trace feature. then save as filename.svg
    open up OLA and select "read Svg" i get a "Loading SVG File failed"

    I have downloaded and tried pre made .svg files from here as well

    I either get all black.. or the same error message stated in the above post

    Wow thanks dr laser !!!

    Do i need to reinstall runtime files or netframe work or something like that ?
    Is there anything you guys can suggest i try ? When i load the .svg that came with ole they work and convert fine.

    thanks guys for being so cool on this forum. I appreciate your help. Hopefully I will be able to contribute a decent file sometime in the future..

    Learn 3d studio max. You can make whatever you want in very short amount of time.
