Hungarian green DPSS,red diode module,Medialas microamps

Hello.

Have to sell a Hungarian older modell 500mW Green DPSS Lasermodule.
The module still gives ~70mW power, the diode gets ~4A current and if you play on the OC it gets more or less power, so I think its only disadjusted.
How I said its older version with the one channel tec driver.


Also I have a dual red - collimated C-mount diodes 635nm - which each should have 175mW output put has only some mW as ouput. I tested one Diode on another powersupply on 900mA (a bit over Threshold) and it still commed with more power - so I think the driver has only a problem. The optics are disadjusted. What I must say that there are a hell of optics inside the module for collimate the C-Mount diode to a good beam.

I have also to sell 2pcs medialas microamps on good condition for drive CT6210 or CT6800. I have also the holders and cables for drive CT6210 somewhere.

There is also a NeoNeon 200mW 473nm blue - complete with driver which needs a normal PC powersupply. The head had arround 360mW outputpower before death. The pumpdiode is death. Just change it and you have mass of blue , now its a nice project for christmas holidays

For the prices still give me bids - I didn´t want that mass for it.

Also I want remind that I have one set GS120 scanners complete with micromax for sell.
