Noob Question. No thought required.

I just received a LaserWave and wanted to crank it up to get it going. I don't have an adjustable 5v power source and was curious if I could just tap the analog modulation inputs into the driver power leads as they are 5v. Is this feasibile with this laser without frying anything?

Depending on the unit you bought, you may be able to just flip a switch on the driver and turn it on. All the ones I've seen do have that switch.

Flip P1 and the laser will go to full power.
