Great pictures, Frank! (I've found my new desktop wallpaper!)

Yeah, ljk's hazer was really powerful - we normally ran it between 8% and 11%. Any more than that and it would run us out of the building!

When he went to lunch, he shut it off. Unfortunately, the timer button on my fogger got bumped at around the same time, so it was pumping out fog every 3-4 minutes while we were gone.

This was OK for the huge SELEM venue, but in that small room it made it nearly opaque! Still, it sure was funny to come back and see all the fog. We ran the window-fan for a minute or two and sucked most of it out of the room, creating the artificial fog-bank outside. (Probably the only time you'll get a visible beam picture from a laser pointer outside in daylight!)

Sure was good to see everyone again. Can't wait for the next one!

It was Adams fogger that was on. Some idiot turned it on and just sat there enjoying the shows oblivious to the smoke screen untill someone opened the door.

Haha! I can't imagine how you and Dee could breathe in there! Still, I'll bet the beams looked pretty awesome.

No big deal though. It flushed right out with that big window fan running, and we got a cool outdoor laser pointer picture out of it to boot!

I had a great time at FLEM, glad to see all the folks who showed up. I would have posted sooner, I've been fighting one hell of a cold since I got back. I've gotten everything out of the car, but have yet to unpack any of it. Oh well, looking forward to FLEM 9!

I too have been slack in posting; mainly due to not having the spare time to dedicate to a full post...

FLEM as usual was a blast. Stumbles was with us Friday night... and he was really Watching him and buffo explain to Mo that the galaxy is, has, and will be populated with intelligent life, but the chances of us receiving some signal from other life out there is slim due to the fact that civilizations that evolve to the point of sending /receiving signals usually don't last long after that and... well basicly it is the two ships in the dark thing with a big sea and billions of years... It was entertaining. Mo looked to be very entertained.

Saturday was even more fun without drinks. The networking worked for the most part with only a few glitches. This was a good practise for SELEM. One or two more and we might even have everyone with their own color palettes. I need to go back and set the shows up for 9 or 11 projectors.

Thank you to everyone who traveled for this event. It is my favorite due to locaiton. Especially to Adam for arranging and hosting!

And lastly thank you everyone for your responses to my shows.
