    Default Need Help!

    Hello,

    I have guys from Oklahoma coming to my shop in Rochester NY to pick up a LaserScope 800 KTP 40 watt. They will be here in 2 hours. Driving here just to see the laser. Galvos aren't working!

    The projector has:


    • OEM ALE Controller
    • GX 30K XY ILA standard DB-25

    When I provide power to the projector, both X & Y go to extreme position and and Full Auto does not influence them when I run a program.

    I know it's not much to go on but any help would be appreciated.
