Default Looking for DPSS laser source (> 500mW to 1W) $1500 to $2500 max...

    Dear Photonlexicon users

I want to buy a quality basic OEM DPSS green laser source (my criteria are good internal design, w/TTL 500mW to 1W power, and basic 4:1 polarization, long lifetime and medium-good divergence, beam diameter is not important for me it's not a burning toy).

But it is very difficult to form an opinion of ebay sellers and different laser brand.

Some users say CNI is the best chinese quality/price, but other users say CNI have poor beam quality...
Some ebay sellers overdrive their lasers...

What is your view? brand ? seller ? CNI is a good compromise ?

    Regards,
    Pascal

(Never try to open case/re-align this laser, but I like this design vs a poor glued head)

Welcome to the forum, and I'm glad you have found a manufacturer that you like.

I personally recommend LaserWave products wholeheartedly, and I've heard no complaints about their units. Their service is top notch too

Thank you for this picture... It's interesting to see that they use this design. Is this a high-power green? It seems as though the whole block is using a single TEC. I would have expected the KTP to have a separate TEC...
