Bah....
I was intending arriving on the Thursday evening, having a nice meal and then being at the hall early on the Friday to help setup. Unfortunately those plans are now out of the window as I have to deal with some crap at a meeting on the Thursday. I will now be travelling down on the Friday morning, although i'll try to set off earlyish.
I've just amended my booking at the Ship, so if anyone wants to stay on the Thursday evening there will be a room free.
Sorry Dimitri, i'm not going to be there for our pre-LEM meal

hahaha..... i ain't no boss... a dog has a boss.... (As we say in Holland). ;-)
I will be present from thursday afternoon late / early evening (hope to be there between 5 and 7PM) until mondaymorning around 9.30AM, then i will head off to Dover again ;-)
@Dan: can i make up from your question you will be present on thursday as well ?
