Looking forward to meeting you. Dimmers has now become part of the LEM furniture and we'd miss him if he couldn't make it
@Geeeee12345. There'll probably be another LEM scheduled for around September time I think. Jim can probably enlighten us on that one
.
As for the ShowLEM, it's more of a 'travel light' affair, you really only need to bring any shows that you have made (or unusual shows we might not have), either on disk/laptop/computer. All other gear is pretty much organised between a few 'regulars' and everyone can just plug into that. We'll probably have around five RGB projectors set up on a truss, as well as multiple QM2000's, FB3's and a few other DAC's.
The ShowLEM was specifically organised to fill a gap at the regular LEM's, this being that we were so busy enjoying ourselves that we never really found the time to do synchronised multi-projector shows as everyone was busy doing their own thing. It's a really chilled out affair and a nice place to meet up for a chat and catch up. It certainly isn't meant as a competitor to the main LEM's and was really only meant to run as a 'one off'. It's been organised again this year due to demand following last years highly successful event.
Cheers
Jem
