I will also be driving on Tuesday, so Monday & Tuesday are out for me too.

Splitting it up on Wednesday and Thursday mornings as was suggested is a great idea.

    I'm in for Wed/Thu morning.

As a heads up, I'm on the phone with Patrick now for the ILDA board meeting and mentioned this to him and he's fully on board with it. Anyone who has taken the class in the past and wants to sit in for a refresher can also do it for free.

Patrick said he needs ~ 8 hrs total to teach the class. So the idea would be to do the class on Wednesday and Thursday from 8 am until Noon at the Holiday Inn Express. Then you'd still have all afternoon and evening to enjoy SELEM.

Does that work for everyone? If so, I'll get Patrick to make his travel arrangements. I also need to find out how he wants people to register for the class.

Please reply below if you are still willing / able to take the LSO class if we break it up into two periods (Wednesday / Thursday) as described above.

That sounds good, although maybe make it 9am-1pm?

I only ask because I think 8am is a tad early and Bill W and I aren't staying at the HIE.

Also, I thought the function room at the HIE wasn't available? Is it possible/feasible to use one of the upstairs classrooms at the auditorium?

    thanks.

That would make it easier on me as well since I'll probably have to slip in and out to fire up lunch at some point, should I decide to sit in on this.

Wed and Thursday mornings are good for me. Using the the auditorium classroom, rather than at Holiday Inn, sounds like a good idea too.

Just checked with the Auditorium and they are OK with us using an upstairs classroom on Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM until 1 PM for the LSO class.

Still need to know if Lulighttec or 532withEnvy are going to take the class...
