    Default UK/EU : FB3 Micro USB repair

    Managed to break off the Micro USB socket on an old FB3

    Guess it needs soldered back on , anybody do this type of work ?

    Looking for maybe 2 week turnaround max

    speak to pango you can just buy a new usb board that pops on

    This is one of the old yins andy , about 7 years old with a SD card , not sure of the pop in / out solution would be possible
    does not look like it would to be , i think it needs soldered , soldering grains of sand !!

    we got fb3's together you got my fb3 for me

    so we have the same FB3, my usb died years ago and the whole board its on just pops off

    well andy , you are of course correct sir , i just took it apart
    and the USB socket is attached to a separate board that also has the leds on it


    OK , who has a daughterboard for me ?

    i did check your stanwax site though but didnt see it online

    package it up for me please with a pocket gem n cat5 adaptor :-)

    easiest for me is buy the gem and cat5 adaptor through the shop and I will add the usb d/b
    then send paypal inv.
