    Default Well ----

They say copying is the most sincere form of flattery.... HOWEVER I would be outraged if I was you. I would feel ripped off. Taking legal action will cost you money. But how much business do you think you'll really lose, its not like they are going to do shows you over here that you otherwise may have won, right?

I do have to admit.... In terms of copying and flattery --- If I could get a copy of your avatar in ILD format I'd enjoy projecting it in the comfort of my own home (or onto my neighbor's house).... That character ALWAYS made me laugh, to bad they cancelled that series. LOL

By the way, is your avatar a laser projection ?

Interesting... these guys also seem to have photoshopped their logo onto "their" projectors. If that's not "photochop", it's a truly embarrassing decal job

The thought has been that Boston would be next on the list after 9/11. Which became a fact with the Boston Marathon bombing. Boston has the highest number of biological labs in the country IIRC. So that tends to make people nervous.

    Hi,

Regarding the content: http://www.copyscape.com/ is useful for checking duplicate content (if it's been indexed).

https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663688 is Google's information on asking for content to be removed - You need to send a legal removal request which opens a form. Select the bottom option "I have a legal issue that is not mentioned above" and then "I have found content that may violate my copyright".

https://www.microsoft.com/info/Search.aspx is Microsoft's form for the Bing Search Engine.

I've had some success with Google on a couple of websites I've managed in the past; not always. The Wayback Machine http://archive.org/web/ has proved useful in a couple of occasions to show that some content was on the sites before it was indexed by the infringing site.

    Mark.

I dont know, a led sign with a guy holding a middle finger placed near train tracks and highways without permits would make me kinda nervous to. especially if you could see taped batteries and wires on the thing.
