Here is my latest incarnation. Since the last photo I posted I have added a blue lasever module and replaced the previous 5V power supply with one that can supply more current since it is also used for the blue laser.
I have a few more things to do to it. I bought a bunch of 16 guage aluminum and am going to replace the diamond deck sides and top with plain aluminum sheet metal. It is a lot easier to work with. I'm also going to build a mini enclosure that fits from the tips of the laser, over the dichros and over the mirror portion of the galvo black. I bought a 2" square window from Edmunds Optics to fill in the front beam exit hole. So, all of the laser optics will be sealed so that no dust can get to them. I am going to drill hundreds of holes in the top aluminum sheet so that heat from the power supplies and laser modules can exit via natual circulation.
I don't plan on having any fans since after extended periods of operation everything seems relatively cool. My lasers are only 200mw(R), 50mw(G), and 70mw(B) so there isn't a whole lot of generated heat. Also, these power levels mix together perfectly. I'm running them all wide open and get a nice color balance.
I will probably clean up the wiring a bit but there is no hurry on that.
Also is a screenshot of Spaghetti, my laser show software I am writing and using.
