You're quick. I'm stuck at home, giving my livingroom a much needed makeover so I cant really do much fun stuff, ecxept minor adjustments to the schematic/pcb-layout and being jealous of your work, haha.
Had an idea last night, for my project. Might be interesting for others as well. -I think I'm going to make a "mini-rack" for driver and control pcb's, just for fun. That does however force me to make all my pcb's a compatible size, but since I'll need at least 5 drivers it might be worth a shot.

PART | AMPS | MIN GAINSTABLE (V/V) | BW(MHz) |SETTLING TIME TO0.0015%(ns)
MAX4430 | 1 | +1 | 180 | 37
MAX4431 | 1 | +2 | 215 | 63
MAX4432 | 2 | +1 | 180 | 37
MAX4433 | 2 | +2 | 215 | 63
-I wouldnt mind any of those...
I think I'll aim to get a few of these tho:
LM6171BIN op-amp DIL8 100Mhz
LM833N dual op-amp DIL8 15Mhz
OPA27GP op-amp DIL8 63Mhz
LM4562NA dual audio op-amp DIL8 55Mhz
and maybe the monster: AD8001AN op-amp DIL8 880Mhz (!)

The AD monster @ 880Mhz is 87sek, which is about 12 bucks, so not that bad considering the speed![]()
Hmm.. An AD817 (50Mhz) can run off both single (+5v) and dual (+-5 - +-15v) power, so that one might work.
The LM6171BIN (the 100Mhz thing, approx 4 bucks) is a single channel as well, looking like a good candidate, if I interpreted you correctly ^^
