I made an time estimation for everyone 15:00 and your allowed to entry. a change in the time might occur today but this gives everyone a good image when he is able to be there.
Traveling a long distance? Then you are allowed to be there 1 hour earlier.. please let me know if you do.

To all other people: please let me know if you are intending to sleep over.. if you do you are allowed to take your laser to your room or we put it in storage while your staying.

I will have tents and will keep an eye out for tents.

Please say if your projector will be used for beamshows or graphics, by default I assume people will use them for beamshows, if not i will make sure you get a good spot so you can map your graphics projector.

A side note about food, you can off course walk to the AH, it's quite a walk but it's not way too far, but you can also buy food on the terrain. the costs will surely not be high since the aim is not profit.

bringing qm2000 with 1.2watt home build rgb with qm2000 intro, utp and ilda cable.
Can also bring a 8 port gigabit switch if needed or 24 port 10/100 switch, just let me know.
