    Default lsx vs qs software

is there any demo videos for the lsx software out there somewhere?

i don't want to buy a software without knowing if i'm going to like it or not.
and i can't find any demo version or demo videos of lsx

i'm choosing between qs or lsx

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

May also want to keep in mind that QS currently works only for the Pangolin FB3, and the only Pangolin board LSX supports is the QM2000.

Good point; what DAC do you have, or are you also contemplating a DAC purchase along with controller software?

Nah, not the intent - just stating a current reality.
I wish Andrew could get the FB3 SDK so LSX could be ported to that card as well - but I don't see that happening anytime in the foreseeable future!!!

I wish Pango would publish access to the FB3, so that FB3 users could enjoy other software as well, but that's OK. It's really up to the users demand for this, and is why I suggest every user that wants this to send a request email to their FB3 supplier asking for the interface SDK to finally be released. There are a lot of good DACs out there that DO have published interfaces (most of them, in fact) that work with LSX. The list of DACs that LSX works with is up to 9 different brands, including the $255 RIYA.net DAC (Multibus Basic) which will get you great range between your computer and projector using ethernet/wifi and keeps over-long ilda cables and different building grounds out of the problem equation.
