It's all starting to sound a bit dodgy.
You didn't actually buy from Pangolin as you first stated but from "a friend" who won't give you a refund.
Looks like it's time to go back, tell your friend where to stick his excuses, demand your money back and then buy direct from Pangolin.

You aren't understanding... He told me that, he asked for refund in Pangolin Services, but they (Pangolin) don't did it and rejected his request... This is what i know and what he told me.
My english isn't the best, sorry for any mistakes.
Does he have the emails and other correspondence to back up his claim? If he's telling you the truth, why is he holding your money? He should refund your money regardless as this is between him and Pangolin and isn't your problem. Knowing how honorable Pangolin is, my feeling is something strange is going on he isn't telling you.

Pangolin are a very reliable and upstanding company and it's nice to see that reputation is still intact. Your problem isn't with Pangolin at all, it's with some third party supplier. Let's just get the facts straight on this one. I suggest you contact your mate and sort it out directly with him![]()
