My only concern with this device is what effect aerialised toner will have on people's lungs as isn't it supposed to be harmful? With that in mind atomising it with a laser doesn't sound like a good idea.
Yeah, wasn't 'pushing the tech'.. if-anything, an engine that could 'electrolysize' hydrogen from waste or seawater, and exhaust oxygen...and steam into the enviro, would be 'smarter'... I just liked the car-design...
...though, I think it would have made a better 'Jag'.. looks like a big powerful cat, eh?..

Art Schawlow had a laser eraser working as early as 1967, with a pulsed ruby laser. He's seen in films of the time demonstrating it. They stuck with tattoo removal as the real practical application of it.
