First surface mirror

To save me spending a fortune and a shedload of time testing, does anyone have advice on the best place to get high quality FS mirrors? Looking for rectangles 10mm x 20mm... Prefer not to spend an arm and a leg on them so looking for a good price/quality balance...

Any suggestions appreciated...

Interesting, I have a Casio knife edge array here, are they good for broadband or just 445?

.Aayup.. they are 'enhanced Al', not dielectrics, iirc, so they are good for about 99-ish%..... a little torch-heat / patience on the back of the array-block (..oh, and : leather-gloves are your friend.. and a little flat-razor blading under each, will pop 'em right off.. but, you might wanna open a window, cause that glue be *stinky*...

..however, they're only 5mm x 25mm (iirc) so... a bit small for your app, it seems.. But, since the '5mm-dim' is 2 factory-edges, once you get 'good at dicing', you can yield near-perfect 5mm x 5-6mm 'knifers', that, because they're 1mm th. make a pretty-decent mir for knifin-it... No, not as 'efficient' as prisms, etc, but.. if you're using M-series diodes - and getting 1.7-1.8 Watts or better out of 1 bloomin-diode... who cares about a 1-2% loss, right?

I ordered a 'set' of Casio optics off DTR and got 3 larger mirrors and the dichros, not the 5mm ones off the array. I'm assuming these are steering mirrors and would probably be broadband as I suspect the light is RGB at that point. A couple had the corners slightly cropped iirc
