    If you read the entire thread, there are several different answers to this already. There is no "best", it's all subjective. Most agree 1:1:1 or thereabouts is the magic ratio for those wavelengths. I personally like a little more 445 than that for a slightly blue-tinged white. In a dark room, it pops a little better.
