goofing around when i should be sleeping...

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Good call. I also added some basic slow RGBY color cycling to it as well as some rotational events.

A classic image from back in the Day...

LD2K. Here is another one that I had done and didn't care for originally. After adding some depth and rotational events, it made a world of difference.

One of my favorite images was on a program. I can't remember the show, but the program was black with Laserium's older logo in white.

    From http://www.laserium.com/

I have tried to emulate this and while I get some aspects close, it completely lacks the complexity going on here.

Those are swept spirals. I wouldn't be surprised if the photo was shot during Bolero from Laserium I. It looks like a time exposure of where the master gain was ramped over the course of 6 spiral ramp cycles. Some of the fine structure is likely moire patterning from the original halftone or scan sampling.
