Very nice beams, the stuff of good photon porn. Got linkage to how the blue was done to match that? Also, what was the green detail?

When you next visiting Simon? I'd love some tips to copy your design ;-)

Nice. My idea of 'compact'. That's a 40mm TEC unseen under the smaller platform, right?
Eventually you might have another customer. My own ideas are aimed at making something to pay for better efforts later, but some wheels are best not reinvented.
Edit:
Prisms after a PBS cube... I read that some prisms are polarisation sensitive, but I guess these can't be, not after a cube puts out two mixed planes. Is it just the coatings on some prisms that are polar-sensitive?

Anytime, no worriesMost of it can be seen right there in the pics tbh, finer details include profiling some mating surfaces to improve contact pressure at the edges and (in an opposite way) the cyl lens mounts so they can be rocked on their clamping screws to dial them into the optimum rotational position. Other than that, mega attention to each alignment step to get the best beam from the diode and optic combo.
Unfortunately I didn't cad it up, but did make a spare hardware set at the time.. shame it's buried in a box in a container until at least next spring![]()
A little bit werrrr, a little bit weyyyyyy, a little bit arrrrgggghhh
I think it was 30mm from memory Doc, but yes it is under the mounting plate and on top of the housing base.
These are non-polarising prisms and don't seem to be fussy, although there may be some very small change or effect I didn't do any testing to see.

I'm on my third set of greens in these. I started off with Laserwave in one and CNI OEM's in the other two. These got replaced with Laserwave OEM's, but I had multiple faults with them and after a good chat with Bridge he did me a deal. I now have a set of 3 Laserwave OEM V-S greens. All doing 1.5 watts, all 0.9Mrad and modulating pretty much the same. One is faster than the other two, but most of that difference can be adjusted with palette's or my DMX intensity controls.
