    Nice machining work!
    I was wondering about one thing. Do the screws for mounting the springs not limit the angular displacement of the moving part?

    Um no, the holes they are in are bigger than the screw to allow movement

    Sure, but I'm not seeing how you are getting more than just a single axis rotational movement. (Around the axis connecting the two bolts holding the mount together)
